Loch Brora is a very special place that local people enjoy as well as tourists from all over Scotland and indeed, the world. Tourism is a vital part of the local economy. Destroying this landscape with giant pylons and buzzing power lines would be a huge blow to local people and tourism. The power lines would have an adverse environmental impact on birds including iconic Golden Eagles and large numbers of nesting Fulmars on Carrol Rock.
